What can you expect from us?
We are so excited to work with you on your special day! As one of your wedding vendors, we are going to go above and beyond to make your event a memorable one for you and your guests. Thank you so much for trusting us with one of the best days of your life! It's an absolute honor.
Here are some things you need to know to make this entire process super smooth for both of you!
The Journey
How to get ahold of us: Email is always the best way to reach out to us to make changes or communicate.
Availability: Everything with our company can be completed via Zoom. If you would like to schedule a Zoom meeting to go over something, simply schedule a meeting with us at this link!
Emails from us: We'll contact you throughout the time between now and your wedding day. Some of these email will be reminders about your online planners, others will be about some amazing services you may not know we offer and you need, and others are helpful tips/info. We LOVE to stay in touch! One more thing, you will get an email from us AFTER the wedding as well, and we love reviews (hint, hint).
Vibo: Within 24 hours after you signed your contract, you should've received an email from "Vibo" with instructions on how to download your music and planning app on to your mobile device. Please do this right away AND start having fun making your event spectacular!
Meals: We do not expect a meal on the day of your wedding. Trust me, we won't starve! If you would like to feed us, we only need a vendor meal and we will eat quickly where the guests won't see us.
Arrival Time: We usually arrive 3 hours before our contracted start time.
Requirements: As per our contract, we only require a six-foot table with linen and power. We're easy!
Gratuities: Tipping a DJ is totally up to you and never expected. We typically see 10-20% if the DJ was awesome!
The Music: Heck, this is THE most important thing to us! We're DJs and we love to get everyone rockin' and partyin'! You should receive an invitation to join that Vibo app we told you about within 24 hours of you signing the contract! It helps us get to know your music tastes. We've also included some links below to our playlists for weddings.

You will receive an email from "Vibo" with an invitation to download and join YOUR wedding music and planning app on a mobile device! Be sure you view the email on your mobile device and sign-up right away!
Vibo is THE most important tool you will use with us. It makes planning your wedding super easy, mobile, and most importantly, FUN!
Remember, you can also invite "guests" to join in on the fun of planning the "Open Dancing" portion of your wedding reception! Invite as many guests as you like!
